The battery of an e-bike is a wearing part, the electronic components in it are subject to the statutory warranty of two years.

500 to 700 charge cycles are standard. A full charge from 0 to 500Wh corresponds to one charging cycle. Assuming a range of 80km per full 504Wh charge, this corresponds to approx. 40,000 km with 500 charging cycles. After this, a battery still has a usable capacity of approx. 65% (approx. 330Wh)

Bicycles and e-bikes are packed by us particularly securely in a full cardboard box and then shipped "to kerbside" by a forwarding agent.
