Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the deliverer, has taken possession of the goods.
In the event of a cancellation, the Mein Schiff® Shop must refund all payments made by the buyer to the Mein Schiff® Shop within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In the case of a cancellation, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please also note that personalized goods are excluded from exchange.
